Everyone is SO nice and friendly. It's busy but is big enough it doesn't feel crowded. Enjoy the Black Card extras like the Hydro Massage Bed. Hannah at the front desk was the kind of counter person you rarely see anymore, she was most helpful, friendly and happy.
