It's a huge gym and not very crowded. I do the "30-minute workout" about 2-3 times a week. It's the perfect workout for me!

Nice equipment, facilities are clean and equipment are in good condition. People at front desk are very nice but not always knowledgeable about all the equipment and the other things offered to people like massage chairs and other things like that.

Friendly staff and very clean. The only complaint I have is that people come in the circuit and stays on one machine maybe for 3 reps and sometimes more. And I hate to say something to them because you never know what their reaction might be. At 72 I don't want to take a chance.

Great machines. However, I'm disappointed in the fact that the dress code is not monitored. I see violations very often, especially with the women. No string straps? One gal didn't have any straps and no one said anything to her. Another had on a very loose top with a very deep V-neck. As she excercised the front kept moving aside and exposing her breast. No bra, of course. Really?! I guess the rules are just a sign on the wall that no one pays attention to.

I love the Relax Pod, and the elegant exterior. The machines are all new and very easy to use! Everything is spacious and futuristic. I love the fact that we can work out, and then enjoy spa like treatment with the Tanning, and Massaging Hydro Chairs. Please keep the Relax Pod, too the futuristic Meditation Pod. I love that thing so much!
