I Love Everything About This Gym!! I love the outgoing friendly staff Krish the new manager , Ryliegh the assistant manager along with Gianna, Aaliyah , Angie , Juan, Abby, Nate, Sabrina, Daniel and Jimani!!! This Gym has all the latest updated equipment and is Always Clean! This Gym is the best gym around!! I highly recommend this Gym to everyone I know!!! I love seeing everyone’s friendly faces it’s really a great gym !!!

My gym is a quiet and peaceful place where I can workout without feeling overwhelmed by other members. The manager is always there when you need his assistance. But, I want to point out a very special employee, Gianna. One day as I entered the gym, she greeted me, as she normally does. She then asked, “How are you?” It was raining and I replied,”Wet!” She asked if I wanted a towel and handed it to me. I was very surprised and most grateful for the kindness she extended. She’s a great example of how management should conduct themselves. She deserves a 10+

I've been a member for years. The free teen summer has to stop. They sit on machines and text for 30 minutes. i saw a teen couple making out in the back area and had to complain, they were laying on top of each other on the floor. That is common, parents think they workout but its a meet up spot. They don't know how to use the weights and are going to get hurt and you will be liable. its not fair to members who actually workout and not hangout.

Good location. Some of the machines don’t always feel they function correctly. Specially the purple tricep press or arm press. I feel as if with my size forearm the back of my bicep never touches the rest while gripping the handles to push it down. This is next to the bicep curl machine. The distance between the back of my arms and the height of the handles doesn’t work properly. For the size of my arms. Did not take off any points. One of the most important things I think every planet fitness really needs is a cooler temperature in South Florida! When it is busy and there’s a lot of people inside and door keeps opening it is completely too hot. Sometimes when you’re heightening the machine chairs they wobble and shake feel like they’re about to fall out.

Friendly staff/ fort pierce Don't like filling out waiver everytime I tan just once and keep it on file would be nice Cleaner beds when u used to have staff do it it was a lot cleaner when staff did it having your customers clean it U I feel as a paying customer that it the gyms responsibility to keep equipment clean or look over all equipment every once in while to make sure it's clean (covid) Because I see bugs hair grease Marks from body parts on and around the machine itself please put the garbage cans inside the room it kinda gross having to hold dirty wet paper towels while cleaning the beds and there's a 50/50 chance people are putting them on clean surfaces then in turn make the clean surfaces dirty and I see that if you put the garbage can outside of the room only saves time for employees on duty and makes more free time for them to ɓe on there phones or just stand around doing nothing no so much at the the fort pierce location at winn dixie mall but way more at the Port Saint Lucie on ushwy1 by bealls location plus cutting tanning times I'm not so happy about For this I've been thinking about quitting planet Fitness I feel bad saying how I feel but if your customer don't tell you how are you going to know unless you visit these locations everyone in a while yourself I hope this helps I'm mean no offense to you
