VALUE, Hours, Walking distance from home, clean - although this has had its ups and downs. a decline in staff friendliness/engagement. Often preoccupied, do not acknowledge guests/clients.

Close and convenient for me. The only thing I don’t like is how several members will spend more time scrolling their cell phones than using the equipment once they’ve claimed it. It’s rude and inconsiderate of other members. I shouldn’t have to wait for using equipment because someone is scrolling. I’ve watched it over and over… be nice if you could do something about it. It’s common courtesy for crying out loud! Also… for early morning members … please make sure the cleaner and paper towel dispensers are full… thank you.

I have been going to Planet Fitness in Portland since they opened many years ago. I like the equipment, and I can go at my own pace. Since I retired in 2018, I try to go more often during the week.

It's clean! Thanks to the staff that clean lockerrooms, workout rooms, staircases ... they're everywhere , all the time. Also checking and filling paper towel machines & bottles of sterilizing solutions . Friendly & responsive staff Multi machines & weights, mats for stretching & floor exercices. Reasonable fees.
