Everyone at the front desk is great, from Alison on down. Facility clean. Equipment works. PLEASE AD CNBC TO ONE OF THE TV’s. Half the audience is in finance and we’d all love watching it in the am. They evening programing is better than most informercials, too!

I like the convenient location, ease of parking and variety. One thing to improve- please open earlier on weekends, even by 5am would be great! If not ready to commit, it would be a good chance to give it a try for a period of time, like a month or so to see popularity. Other local planet fitness locations have more hours on the weekend and we are paying the same price. If we aren’t going to have the same hours as other locations, there should be a price adjustment for Portsmouth.

The best fitness club I’ve ever been a part of. Extremely clean. No gym bags on floor . Equipment is always put back where it belongs , either by staff or members which shows respect . Additionally , the manager , Natalia, is always happy to answer questions and tell me what’s new. As a senior citizen, that is not always the case in other businesses. She also recommended to me to check my health insurance which ended up saving me on my monthly fee and allowed me to become a black member. New hire, Ryan, is a ray of sunshine!!

I work in Kittery and live in Saco and use both Biddeford and Portsmouth locations. The Biddeford one has a couple of people there that drop weights intentionally. Even though the floor is rubber, it's still loud that it startled me when I was in a middle of a set. I thought about mentioning it to people behind the desk but it's awkward to do that. Isn't Planet Fitness all about not having people do that kind of stuff?
