There is an employee name Allison who made me feel welcome as it was my fist visit. She greeted me, took my picture for the system and introduced her name. She went above and beyond walking through the machines with me, explaining the club hours, the women locker and she gave a bottle of water for free as a welcome gift. An older gentleman showed me how to reset my locker lock that I purchased it there. Truly great 2 employees. Extremely good service. The other younger employees were not friendly or welcoming at all. Just standing around chatting.
