My husband and I joined Planet Fitness back in 2010 and both he and I endured ageing with hip, feet and knee pains. I joined the YMCA in July 2024 and August 2024, was the last time I visited Planet Fitness. I kept my membership at both locations and was inspired to resume working out with intentions

The fact that I never feel judged in the gym is a huge plus for me. I kept myself from going to the gym for most of my life because I was nervous about what others would think and how they would judge me. Clubs like OneLife are great, but the women are stereotypical gym rats who care more about how they look than putting in work. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly! BUT in my club in particular, there are two patrons who are there at around the same time Monday through Friday. They're always in matching shirts. They're friendly with some other members, but it's almost like a clique for them. I always see them getting on and off equipment, not wiping it down, and they can be a little intimidating spending more time walking around the gym like they're celebrities and watching people. I haven't heard it myself, but other people have told me they're constantly complaining about things and people in the club. I will be the first to tell you if something is unsatisfactory, and other than patrons not wiping down equipment (including these two), or members grunting while working out (which doesn't happen often), I love coming to this club. PS: there's a bench that inclines that I use for weighted situps, but I think the club only has one of them. I'd like to see a couple more. That way when one gets moved, I don't have to track it down, I can just hop on another. I understand though that the gym has a lot of equipment and not enough space. An expansion would also be nice. I'm rambling.

THE STAFF WAS SO NICE.NICE FRIENDLY ATMOSPERE..IT WAS SO NICE TO WALK IN AND EVERYONE WAS SO NICE..I HOPE TO BE ABLE TO GO BACK.BUT NOW WITH INFLATION AND EVERYTHING SO EXPENSIVE. I HOPE TO GO BACK.I LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME AND ITS TIGHT RIGHT NOW.THANK YOU FOR BEING SO NICE AND FRIENDLY.
