It was very clean even the bathroom Everyone I came in contact with Their customer service was excellent and Khadijah helped me feel so comfortable, she talked to me like she had been knowing me for year. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and and the things I could do at Planet Fitness.

The gym is very clean and all the employees are really nice, Jasmine that helped me signed up was nice and helpful and the Guy with British Accent , I think he was a manager?, he’s seems like he’s always in a good mood. I like that they have a huge selection of cardio equipment that I like, my only suggestion is I wish there was cleaning station located close to the treadmills , like the area between the bathroom entrances ? Thanks

I LOVE that ED recognized I was a beginner he came over to me and pointed out the equipment that would work for me. I call him my JESUE because he came over to help an old lady out. lol!!!
