The gym is very convenient to where I live. Like the varieties of exercise equipment and free weights. My only concern is the lack of cleaning of this equipment by the users. Countless times I've witnessed people not wiping weights or equipment after use. When talking to the staff about this, I am supposed to point out offenders. I'm there to exercise,not police other members. Otherwise,great facilities!

This facility is the cleanest gym I've ever experienced. The staff is friendly, effective, and focused on keeping the equipment and facility clean and operable. This may sound strange, but there are plenty of YMCAs and other gyms that feature broken equipment and dirty facilities.

The Pottstown Planet Fitness is so clean! It actually hadn't occurred to me how well kept this facility was until I visited another local Planet Fitness and realize the comparison. People working there are so friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Staff is always welcoming, I’ve never been into going to the gym bc of being insecure and scared of judgement but I walk into planet fitness and never feel judged. Locker rooms kinda smell like the drain to the showers need to be cleaned regularly but other than that everything is great. I love going to planet fitness.
