The staff at the Route 9 Poughkeepsie / Hyde Park location are always pleasant. The machines are always clean. I enjoy going late at night when less people are there. The only change I would make if I was the franchisee of that specific location would be to keep Saturday and Sundays open until 10pm.

The Poughkeepsie gym is always a great to visit. Brittany keeps a clean and friendly gymā™„ļø. Her entire staff are kind, welcoming and genuinely care about everyoneā€™s individual goals. Abel is one of the best employees Iā€™ve ever known. He is kind, understanding, patient, supportive and takes absolute pride in this gym. He works there and he works out there! That speaks volumes about the gym. I always choose Poughkeepsie when Iā€™m in that side of the river.
