I love the open concept of the place. It’s always very comfortable inside, cool with the amazing large fans also. Plenty of treadmills and equipment so you don’t miss out on anything. Very friendly staff and I love the massage chairs and hydro beds!

I really enjoy going to Planet Fitness—it’s always a great experience! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and it feels like a comfortable environment to work out in. A special shout-out to Manager Crissi Mowry—she is so kind, helpful, and always makes you feel welcome. She truly makes the gym feel like a community.

I have worked out in many gyms throughout my life. I have also been employed by several gyms throughout my life. I appreciate that Planet Fitness is affordable fees that have no extras hidden in between the lines. However, what makes Planet Fitness stand out above any other gym is the amazing customer service that I receive from all of its employees. Krissi, April, Kate…. The ladies who I see on a daily basis, are always consistently friendly, helpful, and engaged with the members. I have always felt as if I was important upon entering and leaving the gym. They go out of their way to greet every client the ladies consistently wear smiles and always same as if they enjoy working together. This is very rare for any business, much less a fitness facility. Thank you for the amazing team that you keep at the Prattville location.

Planet Fitness is one of the coolest places on Earth! Seriously! Most notably, the countless exercise machines, awesome front-desk personnel (I love being greeted by name!), wonderful Black Card amenities (tanning, massage, hydromassage), super-chill atmosphere w/ everything matching (PF brand & purple color throughout--fantastic!) as well as the lighting & music. It's just a great place to be a member of! Thank you, PF!
