I love that I can bring a guest every time! I bring my 15 yr daughter. It’s a bonding time for us, as I have 5 daughters and I love that it doesn’t cost extra to do it! And of course, love the spa! The Tanning Bed, Total Body Enhancement, and Hydro Massage Beds are my fav!!

I enjoy the vast amount of equipment. fast to get in and out of services. from staff. Also the extra black card services are very nice to get in and use any of those facility type of things. I also like that it is very clean and there are enough machines so that if you have a busy day you can find the machine you're looking for I like that they have Tootsie Rolls at the front as I am a type one diabetic and people realize that we was type one diabetes could have an emergency of low blood sugar It would be nice if they have some drinks to buy The machine is empty at my facility but the staff is very friendly and they do not harass you. They are there to help you and the locker room is nice and big so you can get in and out of there. It's just a great club. I enjoy my workouts and feel really healthy and every in there seems to really enjoy it. So it's a good atmosphere and no pressure. Just do your thing. Look like you look be like you are and I. do only have one thing I don't really like and that is the no judgment because there's always a judgment even making fun of people that wear tank tops or things like that is not really cool if you ask me because we grew up and we were part of the industry that started at all and we wore tank tops LOL chairs my friends. Let's put some more sugar out there so people don't pass out from low blood sugar. The only thing I would also add is maybe if they could get some more. extra good water as I think. water is so essential to working out The reason I would recommend it at friends because somebody brought me in as a guest and that's how I ended up joining. They did not harass me. They welcomed me and in fact when I didn't join right away they made sure that I could come back again and try it before I purchased my membership and I. like the no commitment as we all have too many of those things coming out of our bank accounts. But I also want to support the corporate. gems because they're so important. It's nice to have gems all across the United States or Arizona or wherever because exercises what has kept me going with type 1 diabetes for over 50 years Sorry I didn't use spell check. I'm just voice typing here on an early Sunday morning and I love the hours of the gym. It's always nice to know I could get in the gym. Thanks again for providing such a wonderful gym. Love PF!!😄 PF in Prescott has foremost an excellent staff coupled with accommodating hours for any schedule. PF is also very spacious and has multiple machines to exercise any muscle. Furthermore, I can't overstate the appreciation of watching television while doing my cardio, although the audio system needs improvement, and has during my entire membership period. I've had gym memberships my entire adult life and put a priority on good health thru a holistic approach. I'm from Florida where I belonged to a gym called Atlantic Nautilus ans I must admit I do miss the 12 person jacuzzi and steam room. I think that would be a wonderful thing to consider adding. I've always wondered why Fitness centers don't offer professional massges and capitalize on the potential income from offering a massage service since the Prescott area is made up of largely affluent, elderly people.
