I love how the staff are all so friendly and helpful! They greet me with a smile that is genuine. It really makes you feel like going there. The gym and locker rooms are super clean. The only complaint I have is that some of the equipment could use an upgrade and the one paper holder is hanging on by a thread making it difficult to use, but other than that it's a great facility. There is so much space and it's never too crowded so I don't have to wait to use any machines. I really enjoy my experience here so far.

It’s near where I grew up and Central High School is my alla mata. Grew up in the West End and knew many people on The Hill back in the day. PF is clean the machines for the most part are usable even if one or two is out of order no biggie. The staff if friendly.
