Having been a member for years, I've had the pleasure of getting to know the team, and their consistent friendliness and efficiency in customer service are genuinely commendable. It's clear that they prioritize the member experience. They're always approachable and willing to help, making the gym a welcoming environment. What particularly stands out is their openness to feedback. I've personally seen them actively listen to suggestions for improvements within the gym, and it's clear these aren't just empty gestures. They genuinely consider how to implement changes that benefit the members and continuously look for ways to enhance their business model moving forward. This proactive and consumer-focused approach, combined with their long-standing dedication, is what truly sets my Planet Fitness Providence experience apart.

I love how the staff are all so friendly and helpful! They greet me with a smile that is genuine. It really makes you feel like going there. The gym and locker rooms are super clean. The only complaint I have is that some of the equipment could use an upgrade and the one paper holder is hanging on by a thread making it difficult to use, but other than that it's a great facility. There is so much space and it's never too crowded so I don't have to wait to use any machines. I really enjoy my experience here so far.
