The desk personnel without a doubt. My only concern with the new ones just hired is the cell phone. When a customer has to wait while they are browsing is a big negative. Go back to the name tags please.

Minus not being able to carry a gym bag on the floor I love the Queen Creek gym. It’s less crowded and I have no trouble getting on the machines to complete my workout and be on my way. Most of all, I really love the massage chair and bed. It’s the best.

It’s well maintained. The machines are new and plentiful. The only issue is the proliferation of cellphones on the gym floor. Please enforce this rule! So many people sit on the machines and surf the Internet.
