The location that I attend most frequently is the Queen Creek location and thus far the whole staff is awesome. Always willing to help and greet you with a smile. They are all very attentive to the members and the guests. It is refreshing cause many gyms as well as other Planet Fitness locations do not offer this same customer experience. I tell everyone to go there to that location.

I love having a trainer. I wouldn’t be as confident as I am without him there to help me learn new things. The equipment is nice as well. Glad you got rid of the 30 minutes workout room.

Club is busy but not busy enough to be uncomfortable. A good variety of equipment and black card amenities are always a good item for a club. Monthly installments are very good also, a very good club environment.

the service and environment of this gym is great and everyone is very friendly, the trainer cody is very excellent, professional and kind! he is the best part about this planet fitness and is such a joy to have in the gym environment!
