Location, but always crowded and could never get on machines without people standing over you asking how many sets you had left. Additionally, folks would get on machines and get on their phones instead of working out and imped those who are are actually there to work out from working out. Left for another gym.

I really like the friendly energy.. unfortunately the crowds were high and I couldn't get access to most of the equipment I wanted to use. Also, there are only two massage bed and one of them was broken..so the black spa is lacking if I compare it to the Forest hills planet fitness location
