Start with a friendly staff :) Facility is clean, nice variety of workout machines and there are plenty of them. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well laid out with plenty of lockers in the bathroom and in the workout area. I have offered my Granddaughter to come as my guest and check it out and she's delighted...now she just has to find a time for us to get together.
