When I come in there is not a whole lot of people. I come in at 730am. Everyone is on their own yet nice. Staff is polite and helpful. No gimmicks no stress.

The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Any questions I’ve had regarding my membership or the black card spa have been answered and explained in a subtle yet detailed manner. Whenever I come in they’re always there to greet me with a smile, and at the end of my workout, if I need to use a hydro-bed or a massage chair, they’re quick with the sign up for it, which is much appreciated. The gym itself is incredibly clean, out of all the planet fitness gyms I’ve been to, which spans over a few years and a few states, this one is by far the most well maintained. The locker rooms are almost always spotless, most equipment is well taken care of. It’s refreshing to see a gym who holds strong standards for their cleanliness and actually follow through.
