Cleanliness business hours! You need to purchase more of The rehab pedal machines!! You only have one! Also you need to limit time on your machines !!! The staff do NOTHING to get people moving from machine to machine!!!! When you only have one it should habe posyed time limit ! We all pay the same membership fee!! I like the size of the gym, the tall ceiling, the array and number of pieces of equipment. I like the friendly staff and how well the gym and locker room is kept clean. I like how easy it is to go in and easily get my workout completed. I like the atmosphere of the gym; it feels good to go to Planet Fitness and do my workout, so it makes it a pleasure to go do my workout.

I love the staff and their knowledge and willingness to answer questions and demonstrate use of equipment, etc. I love the variety of equipment available, including the water massage beds and the red light therapy equipment! Basically, I love everything except that the facility is closed from 7pm-7am every weekend. Those are the main hours that I am available and not obligated elsewhere and could work out without interruption. I would love to see that change to open 24/7!

I love additional equipment. I have seen planet fitnesses all over getting new types of me hinges and I love ours is doing that. A hip thrust machine would be a dream, but the additional smith machines help make up for that. My one critique is that the shower heads in the women's locker room are placed way too high. I’m not short by any means, and most women don’t like the water to hit at their face because many don’t wash their hair every day, especially at the gym. The showers are constantly in and out of order and it is probably because people keep trying to adjust the water to hit lower, but the shower head is already as low as it goes so it gets tugged on repeatedly

Never crowded. At least when I go. Clean. Plenty of machines to use. Rarely do I have to wait for a machine. Your employees must all have new phones. They are sure looking intently at them. Probably a lot of new things to learn, I'm sure. ;)

i love that I can show up and there are so many options for my daily workouts. Planet fitness has a lot of different machines, free weights and options for card. It a great place!
