I signed up my son for the teen program online and looked forward to working out with him . Went to the Euclid location where I signed up for and they said he couldn’t workout with me without a birth certificate, which is stated nowhere on the website . Went to the Richmond location and they let me and my son workout in no issues ! I felt more welcome at this location !
