The staff is great! The place is spotless, never crowded when I'm there, just a great place to work out. And I'm there 3-4 hours every day. Also, 11 weeks I had a heart attack while I was working out. John and Oma immediately jumped into. At the hospital I had a stent placed and discovered I had a "widow maker" heart attack. John and Oma helped saved my life and I will be forever grateful.
