Although I do not like rearranged layout of all the machines, which I hope is just temporary, in general, the Rincon PF is clean and the staff is friendly. There needs to be a big rethink on how the machines have been moved, as the layout I saw on June 11th is terrible.

It's always clean and mostly well maintained (some of the machines could use some love), the price is good, and the benefits are valuable for the cost. Plus the app helps me avoid crowds which is probably the best part lol!

Excellent facility and great staff. Obviously management is tuned in to the needs of the business and customers. Going 24/7 would be a logical move but I can work with whatever happens.

I have noticed in the last six months (maybe more) that the staff has stepped up nicely. There is always more than one staff member at the desk ready to help out. And the customer service has improved drastically. They have been helpful, kind, and professional. Don't know if it's a management change, or what, but kudos to the front staff at PF Rincon.
