Staff is amazing. Still waiting for equipment that should of been here 6 months ago. The size of the gym is too small for the amount of members there are and not enough equipment. Sometimes I can't finish my workout because of not enough equipment n everyone wants the same pieces. Gym is very clean. Hopefully by the time I get another survey equipment is here. I've also been a member at this club for a very long time n very frustated.

My first time back in a yr, was surprised by the new equipment. Also with my handicap I could talk with the trainer and give good advice. I will try to make it 2 to 3 days a week again.

Front desk is friendly and helpful, made a smooth transition for personal payment to United Health Care. Lots of monitors to find the telecasts you're looking for; even when it's busy, there's still room for more. The only thing that is somewhat irksome is the folks who sit at a machine yet are reading their phones and not using the machine. Not a big deal....
