Gage was extremely helpful I assisting me to join the club using my Ucard from AARP United Healthcare.i spent over 6 hrs on my computer w unhelpful guidance & misinformation from UHC. Gage completed ,with his computer skills was able to join me up. Mindy has been an awsome trainer and why I needed to join Rochester as Dover neare home and the club my husband belongs to idles not have a certified seasoned trainer.

Convenient, friendly staff, clean except when people don’t wipe down machines. It’s often hot and stinky when I arrive around 10 am. Maybe run AC or ventilate after the early morning crowd.

The person working this morning was cleaning the machines very thoroughly. And then moved to cleaning the floors. I haven’t seen someone be that thorough in cleaning there! He also remained friendly and available if someone needed him.

All the people that work there when I go always welcome you with a smile. They are always walking around and ensuring the spray bottles are full and towels are available. It is kept very clean by the staff. Noted the trainer touring with new members and showing them the proper use of the machines, answering all the folks questions. Overall, it is a clean and well run gym for anyone that wants to get in workouts.
