David always greets me by name as I enter. He is very professional and cares. He goes above in all aspects of his position from cleaning to explaing the senior inclined equipment. Jay always says hello and watches over his crew. The facility is extremely clean with all equipment in working order.

The gym is always immaculate. The staff is always kind and very helpful. From Ian and Clarence early in the morning to Matt and Olivia to the occasional sighting of David. Each and every one of them is top notch. My favorite thing is the 30 minute express workout. Makes my day when I’m able to complete my workout without interference.
