The equipment is really good and with a huge variety of types from machines to free weights that can work every part of the body!! Also I go to the Brookfield wi location on west bluemound road and wanted to complement the employees at that location. Specifically the manager Lamar and of of his employees that I wish I could remember his name.. anyhow they both are always working hard and the club shows it!!

I appreciated the genuine follow up. The manager established an authentic follow up where they were empathetic and affirming. They confirmed the incident as being the antithesis of the culture in which Planet Fitness strives to maintain. Things have been resolved.
