Staff are very nice and polite, and greetings coming in and out are an extra bonus. Machines are usually fixed in a timely manner. 😊 The down side is the cable for the tv’s. That stinks when you want to watch something on the tv and get very minimal channels!☹️

Good experience so far. Some patrons are inconsiderate and spend time on machines on their phone or will stand next to a machine having a long chat with someone, but I guess that's to be expected.

Plenty of workout equipment. Not to busy when I go. The one thing I don't like is alot of people DO NOT WIPE DOWN EQUIPMENT WHEN DONE USING IT, AND JUMP FROM ONE TO ANOTHER. I clean mine before I use it AND after I use it!

I love Planet Fitness! The machines are all in good working order and everything is very clean. Both the staff and the clients are all friendly and non-judgmental. I have never felt that it was too crowded nor have had to wait for anything. I love the peloton-like bikes, and the large number of treadmills. The music is appropriate and not too loud or head banging; I have no trouble listening to my own music through earbuds.
