I like the machines, massage chairs and Total Body Enhancement (red light therapy). I also like that I’m able to check the crowd before I go. A little disappointed that many people use the 30 minute circuit to use only certain machines and hold them up for quite a bit of time. This throws off my whole workout. Also, the lights in the Total Body Enhancement doesn’t have red lights. Seems like they start off a little on the pink side and about one minute in they turn white. I have brought this to the attention of the gym attendants. Maybe they aren’t supposed to be red?
