I used to laugh at PF, but I have a lot more respect for it now based on my experience at the Rome NY location. I liked the laid-back atmosphere, the way workers greeted and were friendly with attendees, the plethora of machines (I never had to wait for cardio) and the overall atmosphere of acceptance. Sure, the showers didn't all work all the time (one was down often) but I don't begrudge the maintenance issues that accompany business unless they're huge, glaring and ignored. I would go back there if life made it more accessible to me. Thanks!

Great gym, safe and clean. I only utilized it for the treadmill, but haven’t been able to attend in a year due to many medical issues.

There is nothing wrong with your facility. Great equipment to work with and good customer relations from the staff that work there. My cancellation is purely from me and it because of the nature of my work. I don’t get time to come to the gym and I felt like I was just wasting my money.
