Very nice staff and friendly. Gentle reminders that they were closing on Easter which I thought was helpful since I was going to do a long workout but helped me to budget my time and get the exercises I needed to get done. Very clean and the workers were helpful

Lay out of gym was amazing. Mirrors around the work out area were perfect. Equipment was in good shape but definitely deserves newer equipment. Floors and equipment were clean with minimal dust and debris. Men's locker room was ok, could use some tlc but overall far better than other locations. All cleaning stations were full and ready for use. Management was amazing, easy to talk too and attentive. New general manager seems to be a difference at the location. Looking forward to see even better days ahead for the Rome location.
