Excellent service, clean facility! There is a high level of persons ready and willing to help at the Rosemont facility, but one person at Rosemont goes to a much higher level- There is exceedingly stratospheric-level aid and service from Jodie! Always helpful, always ready with useful information, or whatever is needed. She is, simply, one of the very best in making certain every person receives what they need for the maximum benefit to each person's workout experience. Jodie is one of the best workout support associates I have ever seen or experienced. This is not an exaggeration. Give this woman a raise, because she is showing everyone how to be The Very, and I mean THE VERY- Best.

I love the gym , but the homeless people hanging around the entrance is very off putting. As a business owner, my concern is that it decreases foot traffic and business for new sign ups.

This is a neighborhood gym, health center, and meeting place. The Manger and crew make it so. We are not only greeted at the door or when we leave, we are spoken to while walking around cleaning. The crew want to make it an environment of positivity. All the clients come from different backgrounds, cultures etc, and we positively communicate and help each other with info on machines use. I brought my daughter in to get for her ready for Navy induction and she said the same thing. I’ve had memberships at 24hr, In Shape etc etc. Rosemont Planet Fitness is more than a great value, but the environment helped me loose 30lbs on 69 yrs young frame. Oh, and it’s consistently the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in. I LOVE MY GYM!
