Great gym. 2 tier'd membership strategy allows lower cost for simple needs while a premium tier comes with worthwhile upgrades like nationwide access, guest privileges, tanning and massage. Both a good values given the facility.
The gym itself is remarkably clean and well maintained. So are the bathrooms and showers. Plenty of parking at my local facilities. The employees are friendly and helpful. Sometimes there's a trainer available for no charge. The wide variety of equipment is in modern and well maintained. When it breaks, its quickly repaired.

Front desk employees never not greet you as you enter or leave. They do really seem to care. And the overall vibe is pretty relaxed and people are pretty cool.
My one complaint is that you guys took away the roller foam pads you used to loan out, so it hurts my neck to do squats without the cushion. I don't know what the reason was but there had to have been a better way than just removing them algother. That is why you are getting a 9 instead of a 10.

Quiet clean peaceful work out. Great atmosphere. Great customer service. When coming in you greeted with a smile and words like enjoy your workout are have a great workout. When you are departing again you get a great respond enjoy the rest of your day or have a great rest of your evening. It's just very pleasant.

I really like the ease of Planet Fitness. Itās clean and secure. I am always grateful for how great Eric is in the mornings. He is so friendly and helpful.
My only request would be to add more of the seated ellipticalsāthere are only two, and there are often more than two people at the gym who need them. I also would like an easy way to report broken equipment.
