It's not usually crowded, the machines always operate well, and it gets a high rating for cleanliness. The staff should continue periodical cleaning throughout the day. The process to join us easy, the billing process is simple, and the price encourages persons to work out regularly. Great tools and other info along with special offers in the app.

The array of machines. Although I still think you have too many idle machines that nobody uses. You could take those machines out and put in rowing machines and there would be a lot of happier people. Also, there needs to be more bringing to the attention of the people using the machines and weights to clean them off after they use them. I was there on Thursday and I saw (5) people use machines and not clean them off. One of them I know is a trainer for some people there. He for sure should know better. But I think there are a lot of people that are new and don’t know and either there should be more signage or the folks behind the desk need to enforce that rule instead of checking their phones all the time. I really like your Planet Fitness, just a few tweaks and I think you would have a world class fitness center.
