Everything! Literally.... There is so many different exercise machines to choose from and there is more than one so that you don't have to wait to use it. I love that the machines explain what part of your body you will be working and tells you step by step what you need to do to use it. I love the variety and different options other than only exercise machines there is offered to us, and the best thing is the friendliness and helpfulness the employees have to offer. Thank you.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Gym is always spotless!!, I never got to get help from a personal trainer (which is included with the Black Card) I still need some guidance with some things. I like the fact NEW equipment has been put up, a little challenging bc I'm not very familiar with what is for what, I need personal one on one

Well I was visiting Roswell and I asked the young lady if I could look around the club. I am a classic member in Alamogordo but here in Roswell I just wanted to look around w/o doing a workout and the young lady said sure and I showed her my ID membership from Alamogordo. She was gracious to me and the club was very clean, club big with lots of room and the staff seemed very professional.

Planet Fitness has a relaxed environment to work out. There is enough space in between machines so that one doesn't feel crammed in. I especially like the poster about not being critical of each other etc. I think that in itself generates respect among the members. We are all there for a reason; and that reason is in fact to make improvements on oneself, weather it is Physical, or Emotional due to low self esteem. I had a membership with planet Fitness before, but ended up changing to another gym due to insurance purposes, and realized I literally missed Planet Fitness! After my year membership was up, I decided to come back, and I'm glad I did! I'm home! Thank You Planet Fitness!

During the week day mornings there are 2-3 employees on, or at least standing at the desk. Not sure who is working and who may be a trainer. Saturdays no one is there to open the place on time. Is it possible to re-work your staffing? Also, the water bottle filler filter has been red all month. I've only been here a month so not sure if this has been going on a while.
