I’ve been a member for over two years and I’m in the gym every weekday. The staff treats me great. I rarely have a problem but whenever something comes up it’s taken care of promptly. Daysha has put a great team together. As a senior on a fixed income I’m disappointed with the $5 monthly price increase. Crunch is still offering $10 monthly rates. My main reason for continuing my membership at Planet is your great staff.

ESPECIALLY PRICE IS PERFECT… and always same TEMP (important in Winter or Summer!); just wish there was a strategy or encouragement to get clients to WIPE DOWN THE EQUIPMENT AFTER USE

The equipment and ability to also use free weights and stretch. I do not feel judged and the staff is great and friendly every time I go. The massage chairs and bed are so amazing and I’m so happy to have the black card so I can bring a friend!
