I love everything about PF except 1 small irritation and that is this....I love using the Recumbent stairmasters. Alot of us older people do. I think so many large people also use them. So they start making alot of kinda loud noises and wont operate smoothly more jerky that anything. I think they were serviced a few weeks ago so they are somewhat better.... but of the 3 machines one has been completely broken down and nonworking all together.

Love the new changes to the gym and love see you guys rearrange to optimize the space. My only thing that feels off is the curl bar rack. It’s way way way too crammed being in the new spot by the mitre & window. It was 100 time better it the sport it used to be behind the smith machine

Carie, Gabby, Jackie, Dulce, Cristian, and Otto have always been helpful. I have to say after being a member for many years this has to be one of the best teams here at Flamingo and Decatur.

I went to 2 other locations and the employees were unfriendly and rude. I just moved here and was looking for my new home. When I walked in to the facility I was greeted by the amazing Gabby! So bubbly and friendly. She welcomed me immediately. She knew I was new and began asking me questions. I told her I wanted to move my membership to this facility she was most helpful. Ever since the first day she has remembered my name and my routine. I enjoy doing the red light therapy before and after. She already has my routine down. The manager is super sweet and nice as well. I have not encountered any rude employees at this facility.
