Such an improvement over the prior management! Personal trainer, classes, promptly addressing broken equipment. Really appreciate the changes! (That said, I just used the hydromassage lounge for the first time in months. What happened? Even at pressure 10 & top speed, it is very "soft." Definitely not working the way it used to nor the way they work at other locations.)

Staff is professional. Well kept. It is annoying when people are in their phones and stay in the machines for 15 minutes. Also they tie up two machines. Frustrating because early in the morning the gym is busy. Some policy should address this
