I recently lost my key and they were able to give me a lock and assist me in getting my purse from the locker. They are all very nice and friendly. I thought of joining a different gym because it gets pretty packed, but I found if I go at 11:00, no crowds.
I have only one suggestion, how do we get members to stop just sitting on the phone and taking up time on the machine, I see that a lot.

Such an improvement over the prior management! Personal trainer, classes, promptly addressing broken equipment. Really appreciate the changes! (That said, I just used the hydromassage lounge for the first time in months. What happened? Even at pressure 10 & top speed, it is very "soft." Definitely not working the way it used to nor the way they work at other locations.)
