I cannot say that I dislike anything about Planet Fitness. It is the thing that keeps me going
in my old age. The staff is friendly! The place is clean...it seems they are always cleaning
some part of the facility. The staff is always willing to answer questions and nothing seems
unimportant to them. They just seem to care from the simplest task of opening my water
bottle to answering any question I have about a machine.
I cannot imagine not having a place to go like "The Planet"!

Friendly staff and the place is clean. However, too may people sitting on equipment and playing on their phones and leaving their personal items on equipment as if to reserve the equipment for later use. I don't mind mind if their resting there catching their breath. That's what I do. But hanging out there for an hour is aggravating. I'm not talking about the staff. The staff is fine. It's the customers that aren't considerate. I need to run errands around town so I come in for 15 or 30 minutes and then leave. I come back a couple hours later for another short work out and leave. It's OK if they're just checking messages real quick and then getting back to their workout but that's not what is happening. I like Planet Fitness alot. Monthly fee is very reasonable but I can't use other Planet Fitness gyms around the country unless I pay $25 a month. I'm a truck driver and get home once a week. Can i pay $15 a month to use your other gyms? One last thing. I like your staff I wish they would stay longer. I look forward to seeing someone and then they are gone and somebody new is in. I get to liking them and then they're gone. The trucking industry has a real problem with driver retention but they insist on calling it a driver shortage problem. Please work on retaining your employees. They're good people. Please keep up the good work and may God bless you.

Quick service..people oriented & most helpful!!
Very clean facility & equipment. The manager ensures that everything is in order & is clean!
If we have questions regarding how to use a machine, it’s on a sign beside it, PLUS a worker is quick to assist us.
We’re thrilled to have an OUTSTANDING exercise facility that provides excellent service to all, whether a beginner or advanced!
