Great atmosphere, very nice employees and always clean Most importantly the men’s restroom is for men and the women’s rest room is for women If there ever comes a time when they’re are people of the opposite sex in either rest room we will cancel our membership

Friendly, clean, no waiting on machines, clients seem to respect no cellphone rule. Love seeing the diversity of body types, ages. Everybody feels safe. One time an elderly man came in with his frail wife, who obviously had dementia. She was confused about a machine and members came over to help her. It was such a kind gesture. Don't see that often. When I asked manager to include a news channel that gave balance to other channels being aired, he complied. I really appreciated that.
