I called needing to put my account on hold as I recover from surgery. He walked me through everything and was so kind and compassionate about my recovery. He was was of great help to me. When I called back to pay him a compliment to the manager, Jessica, was also very kind and helpful! They’re doing a great job at this location with customer service.

Everything about a working physical fitness place, except some people still use some of the weight machines to sit there and check their phones, when others are wanting to use the machines to work out. Give the personnel a place where they can sit down and text or check messages, instead of using weight machines. [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

Staff is great, super friendly and helpful. Location is always clean and inviting. Lots of options when it comes to machines. Guests are all cordial and polite. And I love that my teenagers can participate as well so it’s a family affair when we go!
