Such nice, friendly and welcoming staff! They’ve always been so pleasant all these past years I’ve been there but was just extra grateful for it recently due a recent situation. I had an intense workout session that led to a rush of unanticipated nausea which then further resulted to a vomit accident which I felt terrible about, and admittedly, am completely embarrassed over. Although it was a mess of a situation on my part (so sorry again), after calming down the staff still made sure to check that I was okay and asked if I needed a drink or anything else. Even while helping clean up my mess, they still presented such care and kindness that I am so appreciative of. I will be sure to avoid this ever happening again, but I was glad I had this supportive staff & other members around to help me during this rough patch. I feel if I had gone to another gym that did not have such friendly & caring staff as here, I would not to return after an embarrassing moment like this. However, this staff offered some relief to that concern and although I still feel guilty nonetheless, they definitely helped me not feel as shameful for my vulnerable moment. Thank you so much

It feels more spacious and has great lighting from the big windows from the front of the building. I also like the treadmills because you can smoothly change the speed and height of the machine by holding down the button rather than having to click it each time like some of the other machines from different Plant Fitnesses. It's also very clean and staff is very kind as well.
