The staff I’ve interacted with are great and always friendly. (Need to not shut down the black card spa for ‘staff meetings’ but other than that, great). The gym is clean and machines are well maintained. There are a wide variety of machines and weights to use. The atmosphere is generally supportive and seems to welcome all body types (even gym bros, they need love too) Just need to get rid of that judgmental signage under the link alarms and it would be pretty perfect. 😊
