I really like the new changes at Planet Fitness. The gym is noticeably cleaner, and the new equipment is a great upgrade. Everything feels a little more organized now, which makes workouts smoother. The staff show professionalism and create a very welcoming atmosphere! It makes a big difference.
The only thing I wish they had is a sauna
hopefully that will happen in the future!

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT YOUR GYM IS THATVYOU KEEP YOUR WORD AND PROMISES LIKE BRINING MORE GYM EQUIPMENT LIKE YOU'VE ALREADY DONE AND ALSO YOU HAVE BEEN MORE CONSCIOUS ABOUT PEOPLE WORKING OUT IN DIFFERENT WAY BECAUSE IN THE PAST YOU USED TO LOOK LIKE YOU WERE AGAINST PEOPLE WORKING HARD LIKE A BODYBUILDING STYLE AND NOWDAYS YOU ARE MORE OPEN TO LET PEOPLE WORKOUT MORE LIKE THE WAY THEY WANT TO.. I’ve been going to Planet Fitness for a few months now, and I’m honestly impressed. The gym is always clean, the staff is super friendly, and I love that they have a “no judgment” policy — it really makes beginners feel welcome. The equipment is well-maintained, and there’s rarely a wait to use machines. The membership is affordable too, which is a huge plus. I also really enjoy the 30-minute circuit training zone and the massage chairs after a workout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in shape without any pressure or stress.

The staff continues to offer an immaculately clean and safe gym experience. Since the return of Alex R. as the manager, there's a definite ambiance of teamwork and cooperation among all staff. The staff is staying and have become a real group of great comrades and happy people. They exhibit readiness and willingness of purpose. Since the last renewal, including the new showers, the toilets have never 'backed' and they are forever clean and fresh. Mr. Alex R. and his staff are doing a beautiful work. We at Euclid Planet Fitness offer our sincere thanks and accolades to Planet Fitness as a 'Superior' and 'High Quality' gymnasium. He has taken your organization a step up in business. Every morning at 5am the doors open with everything in order, taken care of. Under control.
The girl that opens is always prepared, opens the door and holds it open to welcome the people that are waiting to come in.
She takes care of business. Everyday without coffee lol
I’m here about 2hours and she is always doing something to take care of the establishment.
Trash, cleaning counter etc.
Sometimes I come in afternoons as well, there is a guy with glasses that is exceptionally helpful
Attentive and answering any questions people may have.
I wish I had their names.
Please contact me and I will provide them.
I am here now and will get them to highlight their work ethic.
Please acknowledge them and the great work they do.
I don’t have any complaints.
I didn’t give 10 only because I would love it to be a bit bigger but they make up for it.
