Very clean and friendly environment. Equipment are clean and sanitized thru the day. Very friendly and helpful staff from especially the Asst Manager all the way to the last associates. Welcome with a smile and have a nice day on the way out. Extremely incredible team. Guaranteed to recommend this gym to all I know who are seeking a fitness journey.

This is the friendliest, more welcoming and clean Planet Fitness I have been to. They know my name and what kind of exercise band I always want . They are busy cleaning the equipment , floors and bathrooms when I am there. I really love this planet fitness and the positive experience I have here and with the staff.

I've been going to Planet Fitness on University Ave for a few years now, and it’s consistently been a great experience. The gym is always clean, which I really appreciate, and the staff is friendly and welcoming every time I walk in. It’s a comfortable, no-pressure environment that makes it easy to stay consistent with my workouts. The equipment is well-maintained, and I never have to wait too long to use what I need. Overall, I’m glad to be a member!

I have been going to Planet Fitness for the past 18 months, it's been a great experience. The staff is super nice, welcoming and friendly. They greet me by name ! The staff is always working and keeping everything clean and tidy. I really appreciate the judgement free, easy going atmosphere.
