Clean facility common areas and locker rooms. Other locations locker rooms are always dirty or something is broken. Covina location water is always leaking from fixtures. San Dimas locations equipments are clean and in working order. Super friendly staff. Alexa at the front desk always super helpful and will greet you with a smile. She is very knowledgeable with the products offered by PF. I have been a PF member for a while and see myself continuing my fitness journey at the San Dimas PF location.

I love this gym, it's the perfect balance of cost, vibes, and it's not too busy. All the staff is super nice and chill. The only thing that really sucked recently was the changed rule on bags. I used to use an old JanSport back pack and it held my lifting straps, and a book for cardio, and I never took it out onto the floor just dropped it off in a locker. I wish either the bag rule change never happened, or at least just applied to out on the floor. Then I could understand it, but I feel like all the change did was heavily inconvenience me, since I can barely fit the straps in the little bag I already had, and I can barely fit my wallet and keys with that. The book has unfortunately been left behind. I doubt the rule will get changed back but just wanted to say I think it's a change in the wrong direction. Does nothing but lower my eagerness to recommend this planet fitness. I probably still would, or at least say it's alright with ups/downs. Anyways, thought I'd share, still love the gym and staff is cool! No more random unnecessary rules though please!

This gym is always clean! Friendly approachable staff! Members always greeting you and willing to walk you through instructions on the machine. I walk in feeling comfortable and confident because there is no judgement!
