I enjoyed the variety & abundance of equipment, the friendliness of staff, the ability to come enjoy the facility 24/7 and being able to come as a guest to try it out! One of my favorite things at the end of our workout was the massage chair! I hope to try the wave chair next time! Since I've only visited once, I'm not qualified to say if this is an issue for anyone else, but the one machine we wanted to use at the same time was the stair machine, but since there were only two machines, it waa difficult to find one free & some guests were using them for an extended amount of time, so we didn't get to use one before we left. The facility might benefit from adding a couple more stair machines, but overall it is a great place to work out.

Seemed like there wasn't a large selection of machines to go to with the amount of people that were present. Nor did the applications assessment of the individuals that were present at the site come across as accurately as I would have described. Otherwise, it was clean, and the environment was well maintained.

Convenient, chill vibe, nice folks. Clean, well-maintained equipment. Has everything I need. Fair pricing. Friendly staff. If I could change anything, it would be: 1.Have less cardio machines in favor of more strength machines to cut down on wait times. 2. No Fox “News” on the TV! 3. Some Movement/Cardio based classes (think “Zumba” type stuff. Fun/dance based.) So far. It’s great and I’m really enjoying it!

There are so many different machines to use here! I also appreciate the unlockable amenities that black card members get, especially the guest quirk.

There appeared to be a glitch in the system or more than likely user error on my part. A few days ago, I signed up for a membership. It would not link to the app. The gentleman that signed me up told me to come back the next day if it still did not connect. I came back but the gentleman was not there. Another lady looked up everything, but still could not figure out what went wrong. I came back again today, 2 July. The General Manager Sarah Moore was working. I told her the issues that was going on, and it took a matter of seconds for her to figure it out. VERY PROFESSIONAL. She's now my favorite person working at Planet Fitness. I am now a member of the PF family. Thank you so much Sarah.
