The place was very clean and inviting, with a friendly and helpful staff. What I appreciated most was that they had at least three of every machine, so even though it wasn’t busy when I went, I knew I’d have no trouble getting a full workout in.

I was highly satisfied it's a great team there every time I needed something done my account Rosie the manager was always overwilling to help and be there to support and help me out on the staff there really full of energy great teamwork great workmanship they moved as a family the energy in the atmosphere was always just what you need machine and equipment and gym was really taking care of I'm really clean I really need some standards highly highly recommend to all my friends thank you for your time
