What a wonderful gym! I'm especially impressed with the staff Eric, Francisco and Aaron: they are very assertive, friendly and knowledgeable. It is nice to exercise in a meticulously clean and brand new equipment.

Eric does a great job of managing the Santa Fe club. (I'm sure it's not easy). The new equipment is noticed and appreciated. Just 2 suggestions: 1) The new paper towels, in the dispensers, are so cheap--they are almost not usable. (Please go back to the old paper towels). 2) The treadmills that are closest to "Fox News" are always packed. Please program 2 TVs with Fox News on them in EACH treadmill area. (This can be achieved by eliminating the current TV duplicate--not sure if that is "CBS, ESPN" or similar?). Thanks! :)

Clean facilities, well kept equipment and there’s plenty of workout stations. The staff are professional and friendly. Locker room is very nice, and the hydromassage and chair massage areas are also nicely maintained.

I love how amazing the staff are. They are always so welcoming and so so kind. I’ve only been a memeber for a few weeks now, and I am greeted every time like they know me. Love it love it love it. Also there is no intimidation! It’s such a lovely place to be.
