I had a relatively poor experience of Planet Fitness, but the Santa Fe Springs location in particular is my favorite, from the floor plan, clean restrooms, to the number of machines and friendly staff. It's definitely changed my view of PF.

Most of the staff is amazing I only have one issue I know the bag rule and stuff, I don’t blame the staff but I have all my equipment and note book and stuff that I need for most my work outs I hope this changes, again not a staff issue just the corporations dumb decision not to have gym bags in a gym

I like the people who work there during the week in the evening, they are attentive and very welcoming. The facility is clean and paper towels and sanitizer are always available. Great place

My home gym is Planet Fitness is Santa fe springs. However, I've been to 2 other locations. So far, Santa fe springs is very clean, friendly and not overly congested. The staff also participate in maintaining / cleaning the facility. And although that may be part of their job description, some staff members at other locations don't follow through with their tasks BUT, Santa fe springs staff DOES!
