I like you because you don't have a lot of people walking around all into themselves you don't have a lot of yelling and grunting while somebody's lifting it's a fairly respectable place and I like the employees there they're all nice people
The manager Stephanie remains very attentive to the needs of the patrons, but there are some issues that just keep happening and it is getting very frustrating.
1.On more than one occasion the paper towel dispensers are empty and when a staff member was informed, the dispenser remained empty an hour later.
2. There are way too many machines in the center of the gym. It makes it very difficult to go around and it has been noticed that patrons in wheelchairs / walkers are not able to get on some of the machines as there is no room.
3. PHONES !!!! Not sure why the cell phone use in the lobby is not being enforced. People sit on the machines, sometimes the full hour I am there, and all they do is play on their phone or talking very loudly and it is more than annoying. Totally ignoring the 'Cell phone use in lobby only' signs.
4. Dress code. It is really frustrating to see how many girls (guys too) come dressed to work out (or just sit on the machines on their phone). Girls wearing shorts so short that their butt cheeks hang out and tank / crop tops where everything is spilling out of it. This is infuriating
especially when their are signs posted about about appropriate gym attire.
5.Too many staff members standing at the desk not doing anything. I was invited to go to another PF gym with a friend and what a big difference between the two. Only 1 staff member at the desk. All other staff members walking around and making sure equipment was being used properly and talking to patrons asking if they needed help. Machines were constantly being cleaned, etc. Also, NO ONE was on their cell phones and the few times that they were, a staff member walked over and reminded them of the rules and phones were put away.
Thank you for reading my concerns.
