I recommend this gym to everyone I can. I've been going consistently 6 days a week for almost 2 months now between Saratoga and Queensbury locations, but I much prefer Saratoga. The staff are super personable and knowledgeable, the areas are always clean, I see employees cleaning constantly which makes me feel so much more comfortable there. I've never had one bad experience at this location, this team does great work.

Our experience has been amazing!!! Love the team at the front desk - very attentive - both arriving and departing - ____ HOWEVER, we miss the OPEN 24 hour days - wish you opened earlier.

I think it's a pretty good experience. I don't really like the 24/5 thing. wish it was 24/7. Or Sat and Sun be open to 9/10pm or something. A lot of people still work Sun and Sat, this isn't 1950s where many got the weekend off. The cable racks where people work on their chests, many use just the 1 side in the middle so you can't ever really use that. I wish there was at least 3-4 of them in the gyms.
