EVERYTHING! I love the price. Very inexpensive to go three times a week, which I strive to do. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The gym has very high ceilings with fans & large windows so you can see outside & makes the gym open & airy. There are strengthen machines for every part of your body. These are adjustable to my body size & changing the resistance/weight levels is easy. All the aerobic fitness training machines are facing 10 TVs you can choose from. Good clean change rooms with lockers, toilets & showers with private dressing rooms. It’s open 24/7 and there is always a staff member present. The main door is locked at night while you’re there so I feel safe. Parking lot is well lit & staff member can watch you walk to your car and call 911 if there was ever an issue.

I work in public health, and I am always very impressed by the gym's cleanliness; there is always enough hand sanitizer and hand soap, and the women's change room does not carry an odour. I appreciate the number of Smith Machines, treadmills, and free weights, and I seldom have to wait for equipment. Sarnia Planet Fitness staff (the ones working in the early morning) are always so pleasant and friendly; I appreciate their friendly greeting at the door and how they wish you a good day. It's a nice touch that is quite honestly impressive in today's society.
