It was clean, spacious, and the staff was nice. Here is a criticism of this and so many other Planet Fitness clubs: The bathrooms lack soap dispensers, both for the showers and the sinks, which is really unfortunate and less than I’d expect from PF. Second, there are insufficient towel hooks, especially by the sink. If you’re at the sink shaving and you have a towel, please explain where you’re supposed to put your towel and Dopp kit? Please don’t say the counter, which is wet. Again, this is a criticism of almost every PF club, but it’s easily remedied, and I wish the company would do so.

Whenever I go, the desk assistants are very welcoming and friendly, there are always exercise machines open, and the gym is clean and not intimidating. My only complaint is just the fact that the monthly fee comes out of my checking account and I can't pay with my credit card or a different payment method. There was a mix up with my checking account routing number last month and so I was charged a late fee even though all my information was correct so I am hoping to be reimbursed for that.

Caden our trainer was very knowledgeable and patient as he was working with us. He developed a plan for us that is realistic and very doable. The gym was clean and the machines were available. I like that you can scan the QR code to see how they work.
