I've been going to the Barrington Road PF location for just over two years mainly because of the staff and also because of the convenience. They are totally awesome!! I was happy to see that the manager, Michelle, was just promoted to District Manager which was well deserved! David replaced her as Manager, again well deserved. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful, they keep the facility clean and safe for all the members. I always look forward to walking in and being greeted by smiling faces of the sfaff.

This location, is what other planet fitness should aspire to be like.
Location is always clean, upkept and maintained well.
As well as, David the sr leader over there really sets the tone.
Professional, welcoming, and authentic!
Should out to planet fitness Schaumburg, David, Michelle and the team! Well done guys.

I appreciate that the facility is always clean. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming without being overbearing. The machines are well-maintained, and the gym is never so crowded that I have to wait for a machine or bench.
My only concern isn’t with the gym itself, but with some of the people working out who play their music out loud. It would be great if the staff could address this by asking them to use headphones. I enjoy all kinds of music, but I don’t want to hear it coming from someone else’s phone.

Planet Fitness in SCHAUMBURG ILLINOIS very well maintained.. Staff is friendly and courteous and always available.
One of the workers here is most talented.
When entering the facility, you would be greeted by well drawn characters - tasteful, HARMLESS, known characters that would represent what Planet Fitness is all about - celebrating fitness and a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Some would also be holiday themed. It started your work-out on a very positive note.
Then recently, the facility was visited by a management team. They concluded it not 'fittingly corporate', and forbade such charm to continue.
Now you walk into a routine, much colder, sterile environment.
I'm not the only member who feels this way. Conversations with many other members prompted me to voice this.
Members feel this edict promotes just the opposite of what you say Planet Fitness is all about.
I and others will would appreciate an explanation as to why such a great attitude building, meaningful activity - which by the way also embraces Planet Fitness's core values - would be deemed inappropriate.
