This location has a wonderful staff. Some members are NOT so great. The location is the only one in the area that is 24/7.

Clean, staff are always friendly and helpful. Equipment is usually kept in good condition. Members usually clean after themselves. Only drawback for me are the peak hours due to limited equipment usage, but I also do my workouts during the lowest occupancy hours. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone. To the staff working overnights, thank you for all being friendly, attentive, providing value and service.

The Planet Fitness in Schaumburg on Barrington Road is hands-down the cleanest gym I have ever been to. The staff is highly engaged with the customers, and is always doing something to keep the environment clean and safe. They are very responsive to customers suggestions and or issues that are brought to them. The staff is very friendly and engaging, and they provide a truly remarkable gym experience. I am a gym rat and have been one for the last 20 years of my life. This Planet Fitness is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of.
