I love the invention of the hydromassage chair. It's like being in a Jacuzzi without getting all wet. I've also used the other massage chairs and used all of the different massages it offers. I can't decide which massage I prefer yet or the combination. I wish you had the red light therapy booth at the Sebring location. I'd like to try it. I, personally, think it's better than UV tanning for health benefits. I, honestly, haven't tried any of the exercise equipment yet, so I can't comment on it other than I'm curious about those stairs I pass when I'm in there. They remind me of an escalator.
