Amber [LAST NAME REMOVED] was really helpful in helping me sign up for a membership and she gave me a tour made sure I had no questions she was just very attentive which was really nice and overall such a sweet lady. It's also nice to be able to go and workout with no judgements and it has a lot of nice equipment for a nice price.

It’s always a nice expedience. Very clean and friendly staff. The only thing I hate is that we can no longer let our guest use the black card perks with us. It’s the main reason I have a black card.

The new renovations are awesome! The gym is a lot bigger and the equipment has been upgraded with a few new machines. I go to the gym during non peak hours. I never have to wait for a machine and everyone is nice. Gym is always clean.

I love how there is so much more space now that it has been expanded and remodeled. The new area did feel a little disorganized and empty in places so hopefully that will continue to improve.

Planet Fitness is my safe place! Once upon a time I was intimidated by the gym. I was afraid of the new environment, new people, but my gym quickly became like a second home. Now planet fitness is where I check in with myself almost daily. Regardless of what’s going on in my daily to day life, PF is always there for me 7 days a week. I now look forward to going to the gym every day, and I’d like to add that the staff at PF in Shelby are always very welcoming!
