Planet is great because of time availability, the people and equipment. The only disappointing is they don't have trainer at my location. I want use weight machines but I need make I am doing correct. The videos are great but I need a more a one and one to make I doing it correctly. 😅

They listened to me and helped with the pf app and explained with details of information I needed for turning 65 and Medicare. Also the showers were hot and good pressure and clean

It was good. Michael is exceptional. You can tell he cares about the clients. There was a blond or light hair male that was working that day. He was nice but not as nice as Michael. One thing I would like to point out about all of your clubs in the lack in the following: 1. Forgetting to set timers for people - you need intercoms next to the massage lounge/chairs so people do not have to get up and down. 2. Using a walkie talkie isn't very proessional when you have the staff cleaning and not at the front desk. There should be a speaker and intercom at every station built into the wall/desk 3. You guys are not maintaining your TV in the massage chair lounges at both Raleigh Hills and Sherwood. Mike @ Raleigh Hills told me you took away the remote so they can't easily access the back panel of the tv. You all need to train your employees on how to update the tv and check for software updates. I bet if you go to your other clubs you will see the TV not functioning at all. Can you please follow up and let me know if you will or are planning on making these changes? Also, you will need to list what things a buddy can't do when you market the benefits of the buddy pass. I think you prohibit certain enhancement machines from use. I want to know because I am trying to get my aunt to join but if I can't show her that experience - how can I upsell her? Your stewardship to accomplishing a better training and communal environment would be awesome! Best, Richard Jones RJ9773

Sherwood location is very clean all of the employees there are amazing. The other clients that go there are respectful and pleasant to be around the ability to work out and feel judgment free is very nice.
