Lots of new equipment, it's clean, the treadmill have Sprint 8, which I've watched for a long time! All in all, I love Planet Fitness because it offers the equipment and atmosphere I'm looking for for my fitness goals.

Horrible choices of TV channels. If I had a child I would not allow them at this gym location, or I would be very weary to send them there. Two tv’s are playing the tlc channel which has a dating shown where contestants have been seen stripping off clothes, and frequently drinking alcohol and dancing with minimal clothes on. This channel also has shows of massive obesity, like the 1000 lb sisters or something of the other, which I don’t know why that would be playing in a gym where people are trying to go planet fitness to be motivated, not watching extreme cases of out of shape people on a reality tv show. Lastly, this channel frequently runs multiple shows that have uncensored explicit surgeries that would normally come with a warning of difficult to watch tag if it were on any other platform. Again, I don’t know how that motivates people. I would think it would terribly gross them out, and cause them to not even look in the direction of that tv. Why not just have on sports channels, maybe a cooking channel (like the other planet fitness locations), and then the major tv networks like abc, cbs, fox, and tnt. They play all of the sports that are going on, which I figure would be your target audience. I have tried to mention this to the front desk multiple times in a nice and friendly way. But it seems like the manager doesn’t want to change it regardless of the explicit content. I assume it’s because she likes those channels. But is not thinking of the environment.

The employees are friendly and helpful! And they always say hello and goodbye! :) the equipment should be focused on more. Some machines are out of service and others have peeling seats. But great gym.

I miss the old 30 min area but also like the new equipment there. The music is too loud! I get it's for a vibe but given everyone is using earbuds it doesn't need to be so loud my noice cancelling Apple earpods don't come close to blocking out the sound.
