I have been going to planet fitness in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for a number of years. I use it for the Shiatsu Chair, Tanning and Lifting Weights. The Shiatsu Chairs get used a lot and seems to break down at times. It seems to take along time to fix them. I hope it improves. The staff at planet fitness is great..!!!! I normally go at nights but it can vary. One guy named Han who works at nights is very good at cleaning and helping me at planet fitness. He is well mannered and takes care of customer needs. He is very good at customer service. I hope he continues to work at planet fitness. There are a number of good employees at planet fitness. Jamie the manager has been doing very well at customer service and management. I do see improvement in the company in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I have an MBA and Masters in Cyber Security and use word of mouth advertising and marketing to help the company.

The facility is incredibly clean and the machines are always in great condition. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. Kevin is one of the employees that is always helpful, and greets you with an enthusiastic welcome upon entering the gym.
